Store Manager
Our Store Managers are key to the success of our business by leading, motivating and developing their teams to exceed customer expectations. Regardless of which store you are in, your main focus areas will include driving sales, product availability and developing the team. You could also have an instore bakery offer, hot food and ‘food to go’, or a Post Office offer that gives your store a real point of difference to get behind
Senior Team Leader
Working in partnership with the Store Manager, our Senior Team Leaders (STLs) are responsible for the people agenda in store – assisting with recruitment by carrying out effective interviews; the induction, training and development of new staff; scheduling the store team; holiday planning and attendance management; and where appropriate assisting the Store Manager with investigations and team member reward and recognition.
Branch Supervisor
As a Branch Supervisor you will be a key-holder, often opening or closing the store, and be hands-on in ensuring store standards are second to none and that the store is safe and legal. You will motivate the customer service team to provide a professional, friendly and enthusiastic service at all times, leading by example on food preparation and service, food safety, stock management and customer service.
Customer Service Assistant
Our stores are open from early in the morning to late at night so a flexible approach is essential. No two days are the same and our Customer Service Assistants enjoy working at a fast pace, doing a variety of tasks from making breakfast rolls through to filling the shelves. As Customer Service Assistant your priority is making sure our customers have a great experience every time they visit the store, through friendly service, great product availability and first class hygiene standards.
