A Scotmid member meeting, such as the AGM is an opportunity for you to find out more about Scotmid, meet other members and your member representatives and be a part of Scotmid’s democratic process. Members who have held a minimum shareholding of £1 since 30th October 2018 are eligible to attend and vote at member meetings.
If you’d like to attend a meeting, you must register in advance. Please complete the simple online form or call 0131 335 4433. The deadline for registration is 4pm on Monday 22 April 2019. You will be sent your entrance ticket and a copy of the Society’s Annual Report.
Remember you can cast your Community Connect votes at the meeting or in store to award three Good Cause Groups up to £15,000.
East, North and West members must be a member for at least three months (since 31st January 2019) in order to attend. East, North and West members who have been a member for less than six months will be able to cast their Community Connect votes and observe the remainder of the meeting.
East Region AGM – for members living in the East Region including members of the former Seaton Valley Society – is on Monday 29th April 2019 at 6.30pm – The President’s Suite, BT Murrayfield Stadium, 110 Roseburn Street, Edinburgh, EH12 5P
North Region AGM – for members living in the North Region – is on Tuesday 30th April 2018 at 6:30 pm – The Drumossie Hotel, Old Perth Road, Inverness IV2 5BE.
West Region AGM – for members living in the West Region including members of the former Penrith Society – is on Tuesday 30th April 2018 at 6:30 pm – Doubletrees by Hilton Strathclyde, Phoenix Crescent, Bellshill, ML4 3JQ
Please note, members living in West Lothian may attend and vote at either the East or West meeting. If this applies to you, you should state your meeting preference by ticking the relevant box on the registration form.
